Outcomes without methods are noise
An HSK 5 photo on Instagram tells you a student passed. It does not tell you whether the method generalises.
It also does not tell you whether the student was at HSK 4 already, or whether they crammed for a month.
What we publish
The starting level. The target. The timeline. The weekly drills. The midterm checkpoint.
If a family wants the same outcome, they should know what it actually took to get there.
What this exposes
Methods that do not work. Tutors who got lucky. Programs that cherry-picked.
Publishing the method is uncomfortable. It also makes us better. We cannot hide behind a single photo.
If the method survives publication, it is a method. If it does not, it was a fluke wearing a uniform.

The refund cases we have published
When the diagnostic was wrong about the fit, we refund. When the child is not progressing despite the work, we refund. We publish the cases (anonymised) because honesty about failure builds more trust than any case study about success.
